Pad

rail pad is a rubber or elastomeric component placed between the rail and the sleeper (tie) to absorb shocks, reduce vibrations, and electrically insulate the rail. It helps extend the life of both the rail and the sleeper, and improves ride comfort

Protective Bellow

bellow is a flexible, accordion-like rubber component used to protect mechanical parts (like pistons, rods, or joints) from dust, water, and other contaminants. In rail applications, bellows are often used in suspension systems or between carriages to allow movement while maintaining protection.

Flat gasket

flat gasket is a precision-cut elastomeric seal used between two flat surfaces to prevent fluid or air leakage. In railway systems, they are commonly used in braking systems, hydraulic assemblies, and HVAC units.

Rubber Valve Flap

rubber valve flap (or check valve flap) is a flexible component that allows fluid or air to flow in one direction while preventing backflow. In rail systems, it can be part of pneumatic or hydraulic control systems.

Rubber Shim / Spacer

rubber shim or spacer is used to adjust the height, alignment, or spacing between components. In railway applications, shims can be used in track systems, suspension assemblies, or mounting brackets to ensure proper fit and function.
