Production :

JEANTET élastomères develops materials and secure industrialisation in its modern and complete laboratory. At our mixing floor, with opened and closed mixers, we produce 1 200 tons of rubber compound under permanent control. 100 per cent of our production is traceable.
Our special rubber compound is sold according to specifications.

Moulding :

JEANTET élastomères owns 35 pressing machines of molding, that is an important motor pool and performing tools that cover Injection presses with closing power from 140 to 800 tons and compression presses from 60 to 1 300 tons.
Our biggest moulded parts can weight until 100 kilos and have a 3 meters diameter.
